The UCF Nursing PhD curriculum is delivered online with two multiple-day onsite intensives per year. The program requires a minimum of 63 credit hours beyond a master’s degree in nursing. This includes: 39 credit hours of required courses that focus on foundational knowledge development, and research methods and experiences.

The interdisciplinary Ph.D. in Public Affairs (PAF) at UCF was established in 1998. The program has 68 doctoral students currently enrolled. Situated in the new College of Community Innovation and Education, the doctoral program features representation from academic specialties including public administration, social work, health management, criminal justice, and governance.
The GRE is a requirement for the PhD program and cannot be waived. A good candidate typically has GRE scores above the 80th percentile. Please send your official GRE scores to University of Central Florida (institution code 5233). It is not required for the MS Program. GRE scores are only valid for five years. The Industrial Engineering PhD program prepares students for extensive research and careers in academia, industry and government while providing a broad knowledge of industrial engineering. THE HISTORY OF COMPUTER SCIENCE AT UCF: Computer Science at UCF has a long and well established history since 1968. The MS program is designed as a terminal degree especially suited to enhance career advancement and to provide the theoretical foundation to take advantage of the changing technological world in which we live.
UCF's MFA in Feature Film Production is a three-year, graduate film production program that focuses on independent digital filmmaking. The program, based in Orlando, Florida, includes narrative, documentary, and experimental filmmaking. The thesis includes a feature film independently produced and distributed.

These students have to take at least 12 credit hours of formal elective courses as listed below at UCF and 27 credit hours of formal graduate coursework in total. The rest of the hours in the PhD program can be chosen by the student in consultation with the adviser and the dissertation committee and with the approval of the program director.
